We offer Automatic Air Flow Meter that are used to measure, monitor and record compressed air consumption. Additionally, these counters are used for determining leakages in compressed air systems, consuming based allocation of costs and implementing peak load management. Transparency of consumption is created for compressed air by using these loggers. These loggers also ensure cost reduction measures and energy savings for media current, water or gas. The normal volume flow is recorded according to the calorimetric principle. This means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure without causing a permanent pressure drop. Optimum accuracy is ensured by the integrated inflow and outflow pipes ensure, whereas, a high level of robustness and fast response time are offered with thermal and glass-coated ceramic sensor. Along with removing the probe under the pressure (patented screw fitting), the version testo 6447 and testo 6446 offer everything. The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

Testo 6446 / Testo 6447 Analog Air Flow Meter

Testo 6446 is yet another variant of Testo Analog Air Flow Meter. These counters are used for determining leakages in compressed air systems.

Features:

Parameters: Standard volumetric flow rate in Nm³/h or Nl/min; consumption quantity in Nm³
14 diameter types between DN 65 (2¹/₂“) and DN 250 (10“)
All versions with display: volumetric flow rate or consumption
The sensor electronic unit can only be changed in the depressurized state
Design with inflow stretch
Reason: The sensor is calibrated to the pipe section (Nm³/h not m/s) -> optimum flow profile, hence no loss of accuracy through specification of incorrect pipe diameter, incorrect positioning (depth/torsion)

Output signals: The following 2 outputs are enabled for selection at the same time:
